Job summary

Dayforce in Philippines is seeking an Application Developer (Python, AI, React) to join the Innovation Solutions team. You will work on AI-driven features, chatbots, and a scalable enterprise app, contributing to modern cloud-based HCM solutions.

You will partner with clients and Dayforce colleagues to design, implement, test, and deliver required functionality while embracing Agile practices and enterprise-grade security.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Python and AI capabilities.
• Working knowledge of modern web technologies including HTML, CSS, JSON.
• Strong coding skills in a modern OO language (C#, Java, C++).
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience in an Agile development environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Azure/server deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and develop AI-driven solutions with Python and AI, especially chatbots.
• Own the full software lifecycle from analysis to deployment and support.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, and Dayforce teams to deliver required functionality.
• Create and enhance a scalable enterprise application.
• Assess risks and impacts when new functions are added.
• Work with team members to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Negotiate trade-offs when requirements are hard to implement.
• Break down features into tasks and provide estimates.
