Job summary

RankStudio.net is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Consultant to synthesise research and discovery sessions into structured deliverables for global clients. You will work directly with the lead consultant and the client, owning at least one workstream end to end after the first ninety days.

You will run discovery interviews, turn transcripts and notes into briefs and reports, and contribute to internal tooling used by the consulting team. Strong writing and self-direction are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, consultant, or in a senior research role.
• Strong English writing with ability to produce concise briefs from lengthy calls.
• Comfortable with AI tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor, and major LLM SDKs.
• Fluent in markdown, docx, and Google Workspace for documentation.
• Self-directed; able to run a workstream with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Run and synthesise discovery interviews with client stakeholders.
• Turn meeting transcripts and raw notes into structured briefs and reports.
• Score and prioritise use cases against a written framework.
• Maintain shared documentation across active engagements.
• Contribute to internal tooling that the consulting team uses.
