Job summary

RankStudio.net is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Consultant to synthesise research and discovery sessions into structured deliverables for global clients. You will work directly with the lead consultant and the client, owning at least one workstream end to end after the first ninety days.

You will run discovery interviews, turn transcripts and notes into briefs and reports, and contribute to internal tooling used by the consulting team. Strong writing and self-direction are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, consultant, or in a senior research role.
• Strong English writing with ability to produce concise briefs from lengthy calls.
• Comfortable with AI tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor, and major LLM SDKs.
• Fluent in markdown, docx, and Google Workspace for documentation.
• Self-directed; able to run a workstream with minimal supervision.

What we're looking for

• Five or more years as a business analyst, consultant, or in a senior research role
• Strong English writing. Comfortable producing a tight one-page brief from a messy 90-minute call
• Comfortable with modern AI tooling: Claude Code, Cursor, the major LLM SDKs
• Fluent in markdown, docx, and Google Workspace
• Self-directed. You can run a workstream without daily supervision

Nice to have

• Experience running structured discovery interviews
• Background in documentation or technical writing
• Familiarity with use case scoring frameworks
• Light coding background, even if not a primary skill

What success looks like in 90 days

• Independently turn meeting transcripts into structured deliverables
• Running point on at least one client workstream
• Contributing to internal tooling the consulting team relies on
