Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an Actuarial Manager in Metro Manila for a fast-growing life insurance business. You will develop pricing models, conduct profitability analysis, support product development, and lead portfolio reviews to drive pricing strategy.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage reinsurance structures, oversee experience studies and financial reporting, and advance strategic decision-making with senior executives.

Qualifications

• Experience in actuarial pricing, valuation, or product management in life insurance.
• Strong actuarial analysis, modelling, and product development skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Proven ability to work across diverse teams and business functions.
• Continuous improvement mindset with an interest in emerging technologies.
• Professional actuarial qualifications or progress towards recognised actuarial credentials is preferred.
