Qualifications

• 9+ years experience engineering and designing Active Directory
• 8+ years supporting Active Directory environments
• 3+ years supporting Azure Active Directory

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and support a complex enterprise AD service in hybrid environments
• Manage enterprise identity cloud directories including Microsoft AD and Azure AD
• Translate business needs into workable technology solutions
• Lead troubleshooting and incident resolution for high severity issues
• Develop automated solutions using scripts, pipelines, and serverless platforms
• Create architecture, standards, and implementation documentation
• Identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvements
• Participate in disaster recovery, capacity planning, and performance monitoring
