Fleet Management Training Institute Philippines, Inc. seeks an Accounts Payable Manager to lead a high-performing AP team, ensure accurate vendor payments, and strengthen internal controls.

The role requires strong knowledge of AP processes, ERP systems, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on timely, compliant disbursements. You will collaborate with global partners and internal departments to optimize payables, support month-end close, and drive process improvements in a dynamic shipping

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• At least 5 years Accounts Payable experience with team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, invoice-to-pay lifecycle, internal controls, and BIR rules.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full Accounts Payable cycle: validation, posting and payment processing.
• Manage vendor payments, crew and employee payables per policy and timelines.
• Support month-end/year-end close; reconcile supplier, crew and employee payables.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to ensure smooth operations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor master data and update payment information.
• Assist in cash management and liquidity planning with banks and HK Finance.
• Ensure compliance with BIR requirements and coordinate with auditors.
• Build and coach AP team; establish KPIs and drive performance.
