Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Accountancy required
• CPA preferred
• 6 years minimum experience in accounting/finance
• Experience in tax audits and regulatory compliance
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Understanding of Philippines taxation regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Prepare BIR, LGU and government reports for compliance
• Assist in BIR audits and BOC audits with Procurement
• Review Accounts Payable Vouchers
• Prepare analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet and income statements
• Prepare financial reports, supporting schedules and external audits
• Handle accounting activities including disbursements and filing government reports
• Manage TIN cancellation, BIR audits and tax refunds
• Prepare FER and assist in dissolution and bank account management of affiliated companies
