Job summary

NORDE INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTORS is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and internal controls to ensure efficient business processes in Metro Manila.

The role requires a CPA and a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, with at least five years of experience, including three years in a supervisory capacity to drive organizational maturity and accurate financial management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant).
• At least five (5) years of experience, 3 years of which should be at junior/supervisory level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations including accounts receivable, payable, treasury, tax, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Generate timely and accurate financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with government requirements including tax filing and business permits.
• Manage cash flow, monitor and enforce credit and collection policies, review and control expenses and fund disbursements.
