Job summary

PNB Holdings Corporation, based in Makati, Metro Manila, seeks an Accounting Supervisor to oversee the overall general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records.

You will supervise accounting staff, verify transactions, and assist in the preparation of monthly management reports, financial statements, and annual audits. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in property management or real estate.
• CPA is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of general ledger accounts.
• Verify the accuracy and validity of transactions in the general ledger.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare detailed aging of receivables and payables for monthly reports.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials for monthly management reports.
• Assist in supporting schedules for monthly closing activities and year-end audit.
