Job summary

Scrubbed in the Philippines seeks an Accounting Staff to handle end-to-end accounting from transactions to financial statements, using cloud-based tools. Responsibilities include AP/AR, payroll, month-end, and financial reporting.

You will support bank and GL reconciliations and engage in client calls. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years experience in accounting, preferably from a BPO, with a Finance/Accountancy degree; CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• CPA license is preferred.
• Experience with Big 4 audit firms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable processing.
• Accounts Receivable processing.
• Inventory analysis.
• Monthly Payroll run and accounting.
• Month End journals and closing adjustments.
• Preparation and completion of monthly financial reports.
• Bank and GL Reconciliations.
• Actively participates during client calls.
• Identify significant risks and document in a technical memo.
• Able to guide and review entry-level staff work.
• Drafts process documentation.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
