Job summary

Prople BPO Inc. in Bulacan is seeking a Finance Data Analyst to support accurate and timely reporting by reviewing, validating, and consolidating operational and cost data.

You will monitor variances, assist in expense management, and perform reconciliation and analysis using ERP systems and Power BI.

This role focuses on period-end closing, posting, and ensuring proper accruals and reclassifications across multiple cost centers.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, or Data
• Minimum of four years of related work experience
• Strong financial/data analysis skills with Excel proficiency
• Experience with cost/expense reporting and ERP systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Period-end closing: data review and consolidation
• Reconcile expenses to ledger accounts and map properly
• Reconcile SG&A data across JDE, BPC, and FAH systems
• Perform variance analyses and track corrective actions
• Upload and maintain datasets in Power BI locally
• Monitor variances and ensure timely follow-up
• Support data archiving for compliance
