OBI is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead daily accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting. This on-site, office-based role requires CPA licensure, a bachelor’s in accounting or finance, and at least seven years in accounting with leadership experience.

The ideal candidate will manage month-end close, oversee reconciliations, and produce management reports. Knowledge of NA accounting environments is a plus, with strong Excel and ERP skills enhancing

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active Philippine CPA license.
• At least 7 years of accounting experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong background in financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Canadian, U.S. or North American accounting environments is an advantage.
• Background in financial services, lending, or BPO finance operations is a plus.

• Oversee daily accounting activities and financial reporting.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
