Job summary

Starlight Business Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations, oversee bookkeeping, and ensure tax compliance and accurate financial reporting.

The role requires strong leadership, at least 5 years in accounting with 2 in supervision, and proficiency in Excel and accounting software. On-site position in Makati with a 9am-6pm schedule, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or related field.
• CPA license is required; BOA/BIR accreditation is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years in accounting with at least 2 in supervision.
• Strong bookkeeping, taxation, financial reporting and compliance background.
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel; high accuracy and integrity.
• Knowledge of BIR regulations, payroll processing, and remittances.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting and bookkeeping operations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and records.
• Handle tax compliance, including BIR returns and government reports.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and ledgers.

SALARY: PHP100,000 - PHP120,000 (NEGOTIABLE)

WORK SET-UP: FULL ON-SITE

WORK SCHEDULE: MON-FRI (9AM-6PM)

LOCATION: PASEO DE ROXAS, LEGAZPI VILLAGE, BRGY. LORENZO, MAKATI CITY

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily accounting and bookkeeping operations
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and maintenance of accounting records
• Handle tax compliance, including preparation and filing of BIR returns and other government reportorial requirements

• Knowledgeable in BIR regulations, payroll processing, and government remittances
