Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience handling accounting for multiple companies or entities is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, AP/AR, and month-end closing
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, SAP, or similar systems
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate
• Able to handle confidential financial information with professionalism and integrity
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with different departments and Group companies
• Able to work independently while meeting strict reporting deadlines

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions for assigned companies within the Group
• Prepare journal entries, financial statements, and management reports
• Perform bank, AP/AR, and intercompany reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing
• Coordinate with external auditors and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records
• Assist in improving accounting processes and internal controls

Php40,000 - Php45,000/ monthly

9AM - 6PM (M-F: Onsite | Sat: WFH)

We are looking for a General Accountant to join our Finance and Accounting team and handle the internal accounting operations of our Group of Companies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts across assigned companies, preparing financial reports, performing reconciliations, supporting tax and regulatory compliance, and ensuring timely month-end and year-end closing.

Key Responsibilities
