Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting/financial reporting experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, Excel).
• Good knowledge of internal controls and audit procedures.
• Ability to supervise and manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Accounting Team: manage and guide junior accountants and accounting staff; allocate tasks; provide mentorship and feedback.
• Conduct performance reviews and enhance team efficiency.
• Ensure preparation of accurate financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
• Review and approve monthly, quarterly, and annual reports per PFRS.
• Oversee general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and reconciliations; resolve discrepancies.
