Job summary

PT. Akhdani Reka Solusi in the Philippines seeks an experienced Finance Controller to oversee the general and subsidiary ledgers across all entities and to lead month-end and year-end closings with consolidated schedules.

The role requires strong knowledge of accounting standards (PFRS/PAS), tax compliance, and controls, plus hands-on experience with multi-entity accounting. CPA is preferred; real estate or related industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA license preferred or strongly advantageous.
• 4–6 years of progressive accounting/finance experience with 1–2 years in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general and subsidiary ledgers across all entities.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing with consolidated schedules.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, variance analyses, and other CFO-required reports.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, disbursements, and collections with proper controls.
• Review and approve payment vouchers and checks prior to CFO/management approval.
• Perform or review bank, cash, and account reconciliations for accuracy.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital; flag concerns to the CFO.
• Oversee accounting and financial reporting for subsidiary entities.
