Responsibilities

• Certify cash availability for expenses, maintain and monitor the registry, review and reconcile all disbursements, and generate status and related reports for Rental Facilities - Trust Liability Accounts (RF-TLA).
• Certify cash availability for Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) Disbursement Vouchers, and maintain and monitor the Registries of Allotments, Obligations and Disbursements (RAOD) and Registries of Budget, Utilization and Disbursements (RBUD).
• Reconcile monthly MOOE payments with obligations and utilizations recorded by the DBO, and submit accomplished RAOD and RBUD for the preparation of Quarterly Financial Accountability Reports (FAR).
• Monitor and record year-end Accounts Payable for MOOE.
