Job summary

UP Diliman is seeking an accounting professional with a Commerce/Business Administration degree, major in accounting, to support disbursement accounting and financial reporting.

The role requires 1 year of relevant experience, CPA licensure (RA 1080) and training, with responsibilities including bank reconciliations, AP subsidiary ledgers, journal entries, and COA reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business Administration with accounting.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Four hours of relevant training.
• RA 1080 (CPA) licensure.

Responsibilities

• Review, reconcile and prepare adjustments for all disbursements under Revolving Fund and prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement.
• Record, monitor and maintain subsidiary ledgers of Accounts Payable for all funds including Financial Accountability Reports for Accounts Payables.
• Monitor, reconcile Funding Check Memorandum and Transfer Order from UP System and prepare Journal Entry Vouchers.
• Record, monitor, reconcile and maintain subsidiary ledgers for Cash in Bank and Time Deposit; record interest income and prepare reports for management and COA submission.
