Job summary

Pacific Data Resources (Asia) Inc. in Makati is seeking an Accounting Staff with 3+ years of accounting experience to support day-to-day financial tasks and payroll processing. Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel, plus strong English communication, are required.

The ideal candidate will have an accounting degree, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while collaborating with the Finance Manager and team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree or related degree with a major in accounting.
• At least 3 years of experience as Accounting Staff.
• At least 2-3 years of proven accounting and taxation experience (Income tax, VAT, Expanded and compensation taxes).
• Experience in payroll processing.
• Experience with QuickBooks.
• Experience in the preparation of financial statements.
• Knowledgeable in advanced Excel.
• Proficient English writing and verbal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload.
• Collaborative team player who understands the importance of building strong internal relationships across the company.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Organize and keen on details.
• Will work closely with Accounting and Finance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial data and records.
• Handle payroll processing.
• Manage taxation tasks including income tax, VAT, Expanded and compensation taxes.
• Maintain books using QuickBooks.
• Assist in preparation of Financial Statements.
• Utilize advanced Excel for reporting and reconciliation.
