D&V Philippines is seeking an Accountant to handle accounting and financial reporting for trusts, other investments, and our real estate holdings, ensuring accuracy and timely information for management and stakeholders.

The role requires strong GAAP and cash-basis expertise, load-bearing analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across tax, legal, and property teams in a hybrid Manila environment (1–2 days onsite monthly).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years accounting experience, preference for family office/public accounting or real estate backgrounds.
• Familiarity with GAAP and cash basis accounting; trust accounting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records for trusts and family office entities.
• Record and monitor investments, distributions, and transactions for family office accounts.
• Prepare financial reports and schedules for trusts and family office entities.
• Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheets, and tenant deposits.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for properties.
• Support tax filings, compliance reporting, and audits for real estate entities.
• Coordinate with third-party managers, tax advisors, and legal counsel.
