The Weir Group PLC in Pasig City, Philippines, invites an experienced Senior Accountant to join our hybrid work team, primarily mid-shift (3 PM to Midnight PH time). You will manage the general ledger, monitor freight and duty costs, contribute to forecasting and budgeting, and support treasury activities to strengthen internal controls.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, CPA preferred, 5–8 years of progressive experience, and advanced Excel skills (Power Query).

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting with strong GL expertise.
• Advanced Excel skills, Power Query.
• CPA preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee monthly accounting cycle and financial reporting per US GAAP.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate month-end closes.
• Monitor freight and duty costs, and manage related accruals.
• Prepare rolling forecasts for freight and duty costs.
• Support automation initiatives and strengthen internal controls.
• Assist treasury functions including cash reporting and FX updates.
• Collaborate with global teams and key stakeholders.
