Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy is required; CPA license certification is required.
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar financial accounting and reporting role is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with SAP Business One (SAP B1) is preferred.
• Experience in handling financial and BIR audits is preferred.
• Strong numerical aptitude, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Self-driven and growth-minded; well-organized with good record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles.
• Prepare budget and financial forecasts.
• Prepare financial statements in time.
• Conduct month-end and year-end close process.
• Collect, analyze and summarize account information.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement, etc.
• Develop periodic reports for Head of Finance.
• Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures.
