Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Accountant to own end-to-end accounting processes within a global finance team. The role emphasizes strong technical accounting, process ownership, and leadership across regions, with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.

You will oversee month-end closes, reconciliations, and variance analyses while driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with internal controls and governance standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• CPA/CMA/ACCA or equivalent strongly preferred.
• MBA/CGMA are an advantage for growth roles.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end accounting processes.
• Manage month-end and quarter-end closes with timelines.
• Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations.
• Analyze financial results, identify variances, provide actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.
