You will lead the team, ensure accurate monthly close, and uphold SOX controls while coordinating with regional and global stakeholders to deliver compliant financial results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years leading a Shared Service or BPO accounting team.
• Experience in Global Account to Report preferred.
• Strong communication across stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Operational Excellence in accounting and daily operations for Legal Reporting.
• Close financial periods timely per calendar and SLA while complying with SOX.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and validity of actuals within scope.
• Lead Accounting team and support auditors and regulators.
• Maintain strong internal controls and drive process improvements.
