John Clements Recruitment, Inc. is assisting a client in identifying a Senior Accountant for their Finance department located at ORE Central in Bonifacio Global City (BGC).

You will oversee the full spectrum of accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain strong internal controls in compliance with IFRS or local GAAP. The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, CPA/ACCA/CA preferred, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS or local GAAP).
• Experience handling audits, tax, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in Accounting in the same energy field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial transactions of the Company.
• Review financial statements and coordinate with auditors and shareholders.
• Prepare cash flow projections and report to shareholders.
• Oversee AP/AR/GL operations and month-end closing.
• Develop and document internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Coordinate tax compliance and liaise with auditors/banks.
• Assist in year-end audits and audit schedules.
• Manage inter-company billing and reconciliations.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures and internal audits.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.
