Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline.
• CPA designation preferred or progress toward completion.
• 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience with US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries, estimates, and accruals per US GAAP and policy.
• Manage month-end close with balance sheet reconciliations.
• Analyze financial results with MoM and QoQ reviews and explain variances.
• Support audits, SOX controls, and internal/external inquiries.
• Drive process improvements in accounting and documentation.
• Collaborate with business partners across functions to ensure accurate reporting.
