Job summary

W Group in the Philippines seeks a senior accounting professional to lead financial reporting, GL management, and month-end close. You will ensure accuracy of statements, oversee budgeting and forecasting process, and maintain strong internal controls.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, CPA preferred, with prior senior experience in diversified, manufacturing, or real estate sectors.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and financial reporting skills with GL management and month-end closing.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business planning.
• Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and statutory reporting in the Philippines.
• Experience with accounting systems and ERPs; advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for presenting financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor or supervise junior accounting staff and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
• Prior senior accounting experience in diversified/manufacturing/real estate sectors.
