Intelligent Outsourcing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team in Subic Bay Freeport Zone or Legazpi. You will own financial accounting and reporting for assigned partners, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insights that support strategic decisions.

This is a full-time role contributing to our partners’ financial success. You will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyze data for actionable insights, maintain GL integrity, and mentor junior

Qualifications

• Evident relevant experience with minimum 5 years in a senior accounting role, preferably in financial accounting and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance related field.
• Nice to have: Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
• Nice to have: Relevant UK Accounting experience.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with partners and internal teams.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
