Job summary

Globalprofessionals is seeking an experienced ABAP Workflow Developer to design, develop, and maintain SAP workflow solutions, ensuring automated business processes.

You will work with ABAP reports, interfaces, and enhancements, collaborating with functional consultants and other developers to deliver end-to-end SAP landscape improvements.

Strong Dutch and English communication and a proactive, independent working style are valued.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable, extensive experience with ABAP Workflow Development within SAP Business Workflow.
• Solid experience with ABAP reports and interfaces and broader ABAP development.
• Familiarity with workflow concepts such as business objects, tasks, agent determination, deadline monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain workflow solutions within SAP Business Workflow to support and automate business processes.
• Analyze existing business processes and translate them into efficient, robust workflow designs.
• Build and configure workflow templates, tasks, agent determination, and business objects.
• Debug and resolve workflow-related issues in production and test environments.
• Develop and maintain ABAP reports and interfaces to support integrations and reporting needs across the SAP landscape.
• Build enhancements (user exits, BAdIs, enhancement points) and other custom developments as needed.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and other developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Document technical designs and contribute to best practices within the development team.
• Contribute ideas for further development and optimization of existing workflow solutions.
