Job summary

Cerebras Systems is seeking a senior engineer for the physical design team to design and analyze 3D integrated products. You will collaborate with RTL and architecture to pursue R&D on novel 3D integration concepts, including packaging, power, clock and cooling analyses.

You will work on optimizing for power, performance and area across the complete physical design flow, leveraging Synopsys tools and Calibre/ICV for DRC/LVS resolution, and scripting in Tcl/Python to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of physical design/verification experience.
• Strong knowledge of block level and full-chip physical verification.
• Expert at optimizing for power, performance and area.
• Experience with the complete physical design flow; knowledge of Synopsys tools is a plus.
• Expert with IR/EM analysis and resolution.
• Strong scripting in Tcl and Python; ability to enhance flows.
• Experience collaborating with RTL teams to optimize for physical design.
• Knowledge of 2.5D/3D packaging and die-to-die/wafer-to-wafer concepts.
