Keywords Studios in Manila is seeking a skilled 3D Artist to contribute to AAA game titles. The role covers art creation tasks and elements of senior responsibilities, including work estimation and peer reviews. You will create high-quality assets in line with client specifications and production workflows.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of AAA experience, strong proficiency in Maya, 3ds Max, Photoshop, zBrush, and related tools, and a collaborative, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Strong 3D asset creation skills across real-time pipelines.
• Proficient in Maya, 3ds Max, Photoshop and zBrush.
• Hands-on with Substance Painter/Designer and Blender.
• Knowledge of Unreal or Unity game engines.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Study client brief and create clear work requirements.
• Assist in effort estimation for new work.
• Support pre-production with references, checklists, and client queries.
• Create sample assets to establish asset creation workflow.
• Produce high quality, client-ready 3D assets per specs.
• Deliver files with proper naming and folder structure.
• Provide guidance to artists and perform first-level reviews.
• Troubleshoot issues and participate in team meetings.
• Communicate status to Lead and PM.
• Ensure work completes within budgeted effort.
