Your responsibilities will include interpreting client briefs, creating high-quality 3D assets, providing guidance to team members, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and best practices. The position requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in creating 3D art assets for AAA titles.
• Strong knowledge of Game Art pipeline, Realtime shaders, and engines like Unreal and Unity.

Responsibilities

• Study and interpret client briefs to understand work requirements.
• Create high-quality, error-free 3D assets according to client specifications.
• Provide guidance to team artists and conduct initial checks on their work.
• Regularly communicate work status to the Lead and PM.

They often take on the most complex of art creation tasks on projects, and their role extends to beyond creation of art. If required, do a first level check of their work to ensure adherence to artistic and technical requirements* Help with troubleshooting on the project* Actively participate in team meetings.
