Qualifications

• Fundamental knowledge in semiconductor testing methodology.
• Experience with Automated Testing Equipment and handler operations.
• Basic statistical analysis skills.
• Fundamental failure analysis and characterization skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate COST Reduction and/or SFV and Yield improvement activities to maintain %SFV to WWS performance aligned w/ CORA.
• Supports TPEs on validation activities to reduce Hold inventory, improve hold rate and reduce cycle time.
• Help engineers on some automation projects.
