Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a technical support professional to join their semiconductor testing team in Alabang. You will provide hands-on support for new product introductions, production ramp-up, and customer-facing projects, collaborating with engineering and commercial teams.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Communications Engineering, familiarity with SoC testing using automated test equipment, and programming skills in Java or C++. Linux knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Communications Engineering (fresh graduates welcome).
• Experience in semiconductor IC testing, wafer or final testing is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SoC testing using automated test equipment platforms.
• Proficient in Java or C++ and comfortable with Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for semiconductor testing projects, including new product introductions and production ramp-up activities.
• Develop and recommend testing solutions to address product validation, correlation, and evaluation challenges.
• Partner closely with customers to resolve test development and manufacturing test issues.
• Work alongside engineering and commercial teams to create effective customer support and business strategies.
• Execute customer-focused support plans to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing account support.
