Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a project-focused specialist in the Philippines to renew and optimize our talent acquisition and onboarding processes. You will coordinate with vendors, manage end-to-end contractor collaborations, and ensure project delivery with proper documentation and reporting.

The role requires strong communication, deep regulatory knowledge, and extensive experience in facilities operations, project management, and quality control within semiconductor environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Quality Management tools (8D, FMEA, DMAIC, 5S).
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (DOLE, PEZA, DOE, ERC, fire code, building codes).
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• 5+ years of experience in Facilities O&M and Project Management in semiconductor environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the renewal of talent acquisition and onboarding projects with vendors.
• Regularly review project progress with contractor in-charge and prepare reports.
• Escalate project issues to stakeholders to protect project delivery.
• Implement action items from field inspections within deadlines.
• Ensure safe execution of all projects and compliance with POR/SOP/LOP/WI.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Quality for changes.
• Lead contractor orientation sessions as needed.
