Job summary

Coherent Corp. Philippines is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service semiconductor manufacturing equipment on site in Cavite/ Rosario.

You will perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot electro‑mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and assist in installation and commissioning. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical engineering with at least 3 years of semiconductor experience, and can read schematics,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical with 3+ years in semiconductors.
Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance.
Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on semiconductor equipment.
Troubleshoot electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
Set up, calibrate, and align equipment per specifications.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
Follow EHS and cleanroom protocols including handling of chemicals and tools.
Coordinate with engineers and production to ensure equipment readiness and yield.
Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Participate in continuous improvement and reliability upgrades.
