Credit Corp is seeking a Security Support Analyst to strengthen our information security posture across our global footprint, including the Philippines. The role involves audits, reporting, incident support, and continuous improvement of monitoring capabilities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors, ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and NIST CSF. Hybrid work in Makati is offered with day shifts.

Qualifications

Credit Corp Group, Australia's leading provider of responsible financial services in the credit-impaired consumer segment, is looking for a Security Support Analyst to join our rapidly growing global organization with operations across Australia, New Zealand, USA, and Philippines.

As a Security Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting and strengthening our information security posture, ensuring compliance with security standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

As a Security Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Coordinating security audit and compliance activities
Preparing and maintaining security and compliance reports
Coordinating and responding to external client and stakeholder audits
Conducting technical security assessments
Managing penetration testing engagements and remediation activities
Administering and maintaining security tools and technologies
Investigating and supporting the remediation of security incidents
Driving continuous improvements in security monitoring capabilities
Escalating security policy violations to the IT Management Team
Conducting vendor security assessments and reviews

Qualifications And Skills

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent certifications and hands-on experience
Endpoint Protection

Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
Secure Web Gateways
Secure Credential Management
Network Access Control (NAC)
Microsoft Server Administration, Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPO), and DFS
Basic understanding of Linux operating systems

Security reporting and documentation
Ability to improve security processes through AI automation
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) or security compliance role
Proven experience participating in security audits, risk assessments, and policy enforcement
