Credit Corp is seeking a Security Support Analyst to strengthen our information security posture across our global footprint, including the Philippines. The role involves audits, reporting, incident support, and continuous improvement of monitoring capabilities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors, ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and NIST CSF. Hybrid work in Makati is offered with day shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/security field.
• Experience in security audits, risk assessments, and policy enforcement.
• Ability to improve security processes through automation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate security audits and compliance activities.
• Prepare and maintain security and compliance reports.
• Coordinate responses to external audits and stakeholders.
• Conduct technical security assessments and remediation.
• Manage penetration testing engagements and remediation.
• Maintain security tools and technologies.
• Investigate and remediate security incidents.
• Drive improvements in security monitoring capabilities.
• Escalate policy violations to IT management.
• Conduct vendor security assessments and reviews.
