Job summary

CTM Security PTE. LTD. in the Philippines is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee security personnel across posts, ensure posts are properly manned, and coordinate daily deployments.

This role requires managing attendance, discipline and performance, handling security incidents, and ensuring compliance with site SOPs and client requirements. Shifts include 12-hour cycles, with day and night options. PWM Salary plus incentives and allowances commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Valid PRD Security License
• CCTC, Bag Check, X-Ray Operation and/or Traffic Control certificates will have an added advantage

• Supervise SOs and SSOs and ensure all posts are properly manned.
• Conduct daily deployment, briefings and patrol inspections.
• Monitor officers’ attendance, discipline and performance.
• Manage and report security incidents and manpower issues.
• Ensure compliance with site SOPs and Client requirements.
• Liaise with Client and Command Centre on operational matters

Working Hours: 12-hour shifts, 6 days per week
