Job summary

TVI Resource Development (Phils.) Inc. is seeking a Security Superintendent to lead and oversee all site security operations at the Labo site in Camarines Norte, Philippines.

You will manage planning, access control, intelligence gathering, incident response, investigations and risk assessments to protect personnel and assets. Experience in mining, construction, or industrial operations is highly preferred; retired military or uniformed service officers with proven command and security

Qualifications

• Experience in security management and supervisory roles within mining, construction, or industrial operations.
• Strong background in security planning, incident response, access control, intelligence gathering, and overall site security management.
• Relevant security certifications and training are preferred.
• Experience coordinating with law enforcement, LGUs, military, and other security stakeholders.
• Retired military or uniformed service officers with a rank of Captain and honorable discharge encouraged.
• Demonstrated leadership, integrity, crisis management, communication, and security risk assessment skills.
• Willing to work in Labo, Camarines Norte, Philippines.

Job Summary

The Security Superintendent is responsible for leading and overseeing all site security operations to ensure the protection of company personnel, assets, facilities, and operations. The role manages security planning, access control, intelligence gathering, incident response, investigations, and security risk assessments while maintaining a safe and secure operating environment. The position works closely with security personnel, law enforcement agencies, local government units (LGUs), military units, and community stakeholders to address security concerns, mitigate risks, and support business continuity. The Security Superintendent is expected to provide strong leadership, uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism, and implement effective security strategies that align with organizational objectives. Experience in mining, construction, or industrial operations is highly preferred, with retired military or uniformed service officers possessing proven command and security management experience strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

• Preferably experienced in security management and supervisory roles within mining, construction, or industrial operations.
• Strong background in security planning, personnel administration, incident response, access control, intelligence gathering, and overall site security management.
• Relevant security certifications and training are preferred.
• Experience coordinating with law enforcement agencies, local government units, military units, and other security stakeholders is a distinct advantage.
• Preferably a retired military or uniformed service officer with a minimum rank of Captain and an Honorable Discharge record.
• Demonstrated leadership, integrity, crisis management, communication, and security risk assessment skills are essential for the role.
