Qualifications

• College-level education or higher is required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of security operations experience or similar.
• Ability to perform regular patrols and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Must be alert, responsible, trustworthy, disciplined, and reliable.
• Strong observation, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Capable of remaining calm and responding appropriately during emergencies.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, including 12-hour duty.
• Security license/certification or relevant training is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety, security, peace, and orderliness of the Station.
• Conduct hourly patrols and regular inspections of the premises.
• Check doors, windows, gates, and exits to ensure security.
• Monitor restricted areas such as Electrical, Locker, Storage Rooms, Staff House, and Sales Office.
• Prevent and report unauthorized or unlawful entry.
• Stay alert and report suspicious persons, activities, or incidents.
• Assist Station personnel during emergencies, accidents, and calamities.
• Respond promptly to security and safety concerns.
• Report incidents, hazards, and security breaches to management.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Maintain a visible and professional security presence at all times.
