Job summary

Rephil Station Inc. is seeking Safety and Security Personnel to maintain safety, security, and orderliness at multiple locations in General Trias, Dasmarinas, and Tanza.

The role requires continuous vigilance, warding off unauthorized access, and responding to emergencies with a professional presence on site. Candidates should have 2–3 years in security operations, college level, and be willing to work 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• At least College level.
• At least 2-3 years experience in security operations or other similar positions.
• Capable of regular patrols and extended standing/walking.
• Alert, responsible, trustworthy, disciplined, and reliable.
• Good observation, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Able to remain calm and respond appropriately during emergencies.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including 12-hour duty.
• Security license/certification or relevant training is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety, security, peace, and orderliness of the Station.
• Conduct hourly patrols and regular inspections of the premises.
• Check doors, windows, gates, and exits to ensure they are properly secured.
• Monitor restricted areas, including Electrical, Locker, Storage Rooms, Staff House, and Sales Office.
• Prevent and report any unauthorized or unlawful entry.
• Stay alert and immediately report suspicious persons, activities, or incidents.
• Assist Station personnel during emergencies, accidents, and calamities.
• Respond promptly to security and safety concerns.
• Report incidents, hazards, and security breaches to management.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Maintain a visible and professional security presence at all times.
