Job summary

Google Operations Center is seeking a security and resilience senior associate to provide close support to our security team and focus on comprehensive intake and triage of complaints, concerns, and escalations related to a range of security issues, including leaks of intellectual property, loss of prototypes, and to recover data or remediate risks from data moved outside the corporate environment.

You will work on incident acknowledgement, handling, investigation reviews with available tools,

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from CCTV footage using security tools.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences; write clear reports; present complex information clearly.
• Analyze data to identify threats and communicate findings clearly.

As the security and resilience senior associate, primary responsibility is to provide close support to our security team and will initially focus on providing for the comprehensive intake and triage of complaints, concerns and escalations relating to a variety of security issues including leaks of intellectual property, loss of prototype, unreleased hardware and to recover the data or otherwise remediate the risk of data that has been moved outside of the corporate environment.

Position Responsibilities

• Acknowledge, Handle, and Review incidents and events


• Document, respond to and coordinate the required information to the concerned party.


• Conduct investigations reviews using available tools


• Write accurate and complete reports for all investigations.


• Ensure SLO concerning response and resolution are met within the parameters


• Ensure compliance with information security and data protection guidelines


• Detect and ensure timely escalation
