Job summary

Confidential, a manufacturing company in the Philippines, seeks a Head of Security or similar leadership role to oversee security operations, risk management and compliance across facilities.

Candidates must have 7+ years in manufacturing security, strong track record in access control, surveillance systems and security tech, and knowledge of Philippine laws. Willing to be assigned in Pasig or Mandaluyong City as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in the manufacturing industry as a Head of Security or in a similar leadership role, such as risk management or compliance role.
• A successful track record in security and safety administration management, including, physical security, access control, surveillance systems and security technology.
• Knowledge of Philippine laws and regulations related to security, including labor laws, data privacy regulations and other relevant specific regulations.
• Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Pasig or Mandaluyong City.
