Job summary

SPX Express in Metro Manila is seeking a vigilant Security and Investigation Analyst to conduct investigations into fraud, theft, losses, and misconduct, and to strengthen security controls across the operation.

You will gather evidence through interviews, CCTV reviews, and data analysis, prepare formal reports with recommendations, and coordinate with Operations, HR, Legal, Compliance, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in corporate security, investigations, loss prevention, or related fields.
• Experience in investigations, incident management, evidence handling, and report writing preferred.
• Knowledge of investigation methodologies, interviewing techniques, and report writing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management.
• Willing to travel for site visits as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, parcel loss, misconduct, and other security incidents.
• Gather, analyze, and preserve evidence via interviews, CCTV review, system data, and documents.
• Prepare investigation and incident reports with recommendations for management.
• Identify root causes and recommend preventive measures.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Legal, Compliance and other stakeholders.
• Monitor security personnel and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Liaise with law enforcement when necessary.
• Maintain confidential investigation records and documentation.
