Job summary

This role provides a visible security presence and driver-guard services to protect personnel and assets. Responsibilities include access control, parking management, compliance checks, and de-escalation of disputes involving clients or staff.

As part of the Security and Discipline Department, you will exercise vigilance, discretion, and courtesy while performing security, mobility, and enforcement tasks to safeguard the company and its reputation.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or vocational certificate holder.
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminology is preferred but not required.
• Licensed Security Guard with License to Exercise Security Profession (LESP).
• At least two years in security enforcement or employee-facing service roles.
• Familiarity with organizational compliance standards and customer service principles.
• Attention to presentation and adherence to workplace norms with consistency and impartiality in applying discipline standards.
• Excellent communication skills involving calmness, respect, clarity and professionalism with employees and clients.
• Experience in incident reporting, security planning, and staff supervision.
• Physically capable of performing conflict resolution tasks.
