Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced Security Engineer (SIEM & SOAR) – Associate Manager to lead enterprise security engineering initiatives, drive SIEM/SOAR transformation, and deliver security solutions for global clients.

Based in Cubao with a hybrid setup, you will design and implement enterprise SIEM and SOAR, define monitoring strategies, establish governance, mentor teams, and collaborate with SOC, threat hunting, and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of cybersecurity experience.
• Strong hands-on SIEM and/or SOAR engineering experience.
• 2–3 years of people management or team leadership experience.
• Experience delivering security engineering projects and client engagements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Expertise in SIEM tools (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar, ArcSight).
• Experience leading SOAR and security automation programs.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Security Engineer (SIEM & SOAR) – Associate Manager to lead enterprise security engineering initiatives, drive SIEM/SOAR transformation, manage cybersecurity teams, and deliver security solutions for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise SIEM and SOAR solutions.

• Define security monitoring strategies, detection roadmaps, and automation initiatives.

• Establish engineering standards, operational processes, and governance frameworks.

• Manage integrations across cloud, endpoint, identity, and network security technologies.

• Drive automation programs to improve detection, response times, and SOC efficiency.

• Collaborate with SOC, threat hunting teams, and client stakeholders.

• Support audit, compliance, and risk-management requirements.

• Lead, mentor, and develop cybersecurity engineering teams.

• Manage project delivery, staffing, stakeholder engagement, and client communications.

• Provide technical oversight and quality assurance across multiple initiatives.

• Build team capabilities through coaching and career development.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
