Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Lead Security Engineer to oversee SIEM and SOAR design, implementation, and optimization while mentoring engineers and driving security operations transformation.

You will lead scalable SIEM architectures, develop advanced detection use cases, and manage automated incident response playbooks. Hybrid work setup with Cubao office and evolving schedules.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of cybersecurity experience with hands-on SIEM or SOAR
• Experience leading small teams or workstreams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related field

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable SIEM architectures across enterprise environments
• Lead development of detection use cases, correlation rules, dashboards and reporting
• Drive improvements in log management, visibility and threat detection
• Provide technical leadership during SIEM deployments and enhancements
• Lead development of automated incident response playbooks and orchestration workflows
• Identify automation opportunities to improve SOC efficiency and reduce response times
• Partner with SOC, Threat Hunting and IR teams to improve operations
• Coach and mentor junior engineers and analysts
• Review engineering deliverables for cybersecurity best practices
