Job summary

JMR Global | Talent Solutions is seeking a Security Architect to join its growing cybersecurity practice in Manila. You will help design and strengthen enterprise security programs, building security into technology environments from the ground up.

The role requires hands-on experience with vulnerability assessment, risk management, and governance, plus the ability to influence multiple teams and mentor others in security best practices.

Qualifications

We're looking for a Security Architect to join a growing cybersecurity team at a global technology consulting practice. This role is responsible for designing and strengthening enterprise security programs, helping organizations protect their most critical assets while staying ahead of an evolving threat landscape.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll shape how security gets built into technology environments from the ground up. You'll be expected to:

• Own the architecture behind enterprise security solutions, from concept through implementation
• Act as a go-to resource on security risk, advising on controls and mitigation approaches
• Partner closely with teams across the business to move critical security initiatives forward
• Set and evolve the standards, policies, and practices that guide how security is done
• Dig into systems and platforms to surface vulnerabilities and assess overall security posture
• Keep architecture decisions grounded in recognized frameworks, including ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR
• Grow the team around you through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and hands-on coachingBring a strategic voice to security decisions and offer technical direction across multiple teams

What We're Looking For

• A strong foundation in enterprise security architecture, solution design, and risk management methodology
• Hands-on experience assessing systems for vulnerabilities and translating findings into action
• Working knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR
• A track record of managing stakeholders effectively and leading through influence
• Comfort setting technical and strategic direction across more than one team at a time
