Job summary

Unilever is seeking a Section Lead at the BW-PC Cavite site, onsite. This role oversees the entire section’s operations, driving safety, quality, service, waste reduction, and cost metrics for manufacturing excellence.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of leadership in manufacturing, with strong SHE/GMP knowledge and a proven ability to manage change while coaching teams toward higher autonomy and performance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Fresh grads with active org leadership experience are welcome.
• Understand and enforce SHE standards and GMPs.
• Able to manage conflict while fostering an inclusive environment.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment, concepts, and regulations.
• Leadership experience in WCM/UMS, R2S is preferred.
• Strong change management capabilities.
• Must link operational performance to financial outcomes and cost goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total operations of the section at BW-PC Cavite site.
• Ensure safety, quality, service, waste reduction, and cost metrics.
• Build agile work systems to empower a highly autonomous team.
• Coordinate production activities across the section in the plant.
• Drive UMS and R2S methodologies and best practices.
• Lead autonomous maintenance for equipment and drive improvements.
• Coach and train teams to develop capability and reduce losses.
• Initiate digitalization projects to automate and enhance data visibility.
